Queen of hearts gone good

This is my contribution to the 30th contest "Villains gone good" from disney-club.deviantart.com/
The drawing was made of pastels, grey pens, ink, red and white texture paint to create some texture to the dress. The roses are silk roses glue to the drawing.

I was very inspired by the theme and chose to portray the Queen of Hearts from Alice in Wonderland.
In the traditional story, the queen is not very animal friendly but since she's gone good, here she is surrounded by the main animals of the story : The Cheschire cat is now a nice and sweet kitty who loves to be petted, the flamingo is not a crocket club anymore and last but not least, the white rabbit is now freed of Time! The queen has released him from his Clock.

The Queen of Hearts has become so good, she also accepts that the roses stay white! ^^

I hope you'll like this piece, i had tremendous fun to imagine the scenery and made the Queen of Hearts gone good to animals.

"Alice in Wonderland" is my favorite Disney movie and i also like all the versions of Alice. So i was inspired by the original Disney movie but also by the Tim Burton's version of it. And finally, i put my touch to create the characters
